LEIGH LYNDON, PSY.D.
LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, PSY 26466
Life moves so quickly these days, it's hard to take the time to really think about who we are and how we are living. Often, it takes years of patterns that are hurtful or self-destructive to wonder why we aren't feeling happy or fulfilled. Psychotherapy can provide the time and space to really understand and experience ourselves in a new way. I will listen with curiosity and warmth and will collaborate with you to help effect positive change in your life and relationships.
I welcome individual adults, couples and older adolescents to my practice. I have experience working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, new parenting, LGBTQ concerns, creativity, work-life balance issues and questions about spirituality.
Additionally, I work with parents and adolescents around gender identity questions and issues. I have particular interest in working with and supporting women through puberty, early adulthood, reproductive years (including preconception planning, childlessness by choice, infertility, assisted reproduction, termination, and loss) and menopause. I also help new mothers, fathers and couples deal with the transition into parenthood.
